Build System) - A set of programming tool s developed by the GNU project, which helps in building programs in Unix-like systems. It is part of the GNU Toolchain and is wide ly used in many free software projects as well as ownership. Whil e the Autotools are tools which are distributed under a free license under the GPL, there is no impediment in the use of their property projects. Autotools consists of Autoconf, Automake and Libtool.
